*2cc Gad; time to peak enhancement of distal aorta 60 slices at same location.
MultiHance 0.1 mmol/kg.
**For MESENTERIC arteries: FULL-INSPIRATION. Coronal plane preferred, but may use sag plane.
If pancreas or other tissue is also of interest, reduce flip to
30°.

**If there is metal present, increase bandwidth to 62, NEX to 1 and eliminate fat suppression.

Calf/Foot MRA     (MRA Periph, SAG/CORE)                                                                        (45m 05/02)
( Without Gad, Torso Coil rotated 90º to its long axis, knees slightly bent by sponge or towels, toes pointed slightly forward. Receive with torso coil for all localizer and 2D-TOF series. Observe the localizer to confirm coil positioning.)

* Adjust if necessary. FOV should be as small as possible to completely cover, without wrap, the vessels of interest. Frequency axis is L-R. Lateral soft tissues do not need to be included.
** For each 2D-TOF station, define the volume by the sensitivity of the torso coil. Overlap 2 cm or more at each station. Obtain a 3rd station if needed. to reach mid-thigh.

*Time to lower abdominal aorta.
** Exact same as aorto-iliac scout. Bolus is MultiHance 0.15 mmol/kg, with 20 cc flush.
# Rapidly move table manually, scan as soon as possible, repeat twice. Both gad stations, and the lower TOF stations, must overlap each other by at leasta 2 cm.
3D MRA must cover Femoral Vessels at groin, renal and mesenteric arteries in abd., and common iliac vessels posteriorly in pelvis.
If there is metal present, increase bandwidth to 62, increase NEX to 1, and eliminate SpecFat
